Shipment processing time
All orders are processed and shipped within 2-3 business days. Items will not ship public holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
Shipping rates & delivery estimates
Shipping charges within the United States and Canada will not be subjected to delivery charges. All items are free of shipping costs. That said, we do not offer any express post or priority shipping.
Delivery delays can occasionally occur.
Shipment confirmation & Order tracking
Once all items are shipped you will receive a confirmation e-mail providing you notice. Please note, that at this time we do not offer order tracking.
Customs, Duties and Taxes
Quick Tub is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
If a product that you receive is damaged in shipping, do not refuse delivery. Accept the order and be sure to keep all packaging. If you contact us within fourteen (14) days of receipt, we will make the necessary arrangements to replace your order.
International Shipping Policy
Quick Tub does ship globally but please note that orders shipping outside of the United States and Canada are subject to shipping costs paid by the purchaser. Quick Tub is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
Purchasers may return undamaged Product for a refund (less the original shipping and handling costs) if sent within fourteen (14) days of receipt, for any reason, so long as it is unused and in the original packaging. To return Products, you must call 1-800-600-7842 or email our Returns Department at email@example.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (“RMA”) number before shipping your product. No returns of any type will be accepted without an RMA number. Refunds will be credited back to the same payment method used to make the original purchase on the Website.
